Eric is a strategic art director/graphic designer well-versed in conceptual campaign development, i.e. creating a brand aesthetic that is applied to an entire communication campaign framework for efficiency and effectiveness.
Eric has graphic design and art direction experience in both advertising and publishing. First working in publishing for the New Haven Advocate and parent company New Mass. Media's custom publishing department. His publishing experience comes from laying-out newspapers and designing playbills, magazines and visitor guides for clients such as: New Haven Symphony Orchestra, Shubert Theater New Haven, Long Wharf Theatre, Yale Repertory Theatre, Yale Opera, UCONN Athletic Dept., Preview Connectiut magazine, International Festival of Arts & Ideas, and Greater New Haven Convention & Visitors Bureau.
Eric gained his advertising experience working for Mascola Advertising in New Haven, CT as part of a 5-person creative department. His work experience there included designing both B2B and commercial print ads; annual reports; catalogs; logos; collateral; directing photo shoots; concepting for TV, radio, and print; package/label design; web design and illustration. Clients included: Aetna, Raymarine, Hinckley Yachts, Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, The Big E, Ritchie Navigation, Navtec, and Lewmar.
A native of Greater New Haven County, Eric has strong professional ties to the New Haven area and Connecticut. An avid lacrosse enthusiast, player and coach, he now lives in rural Durham, CT with his beautiful wife Renee and equally beautiful baby boy Carter.
